Business Development Manager:
Our part-time, remote business development manager will help more leaders maximize their potential by developing keynote speaking, workshop, training, and other revenue opportunities for Sara Mueller and Joy Discovered Inc.
Results You’ll Love To Accomplish:
- Secure live/virtual keynote speaking, leadership development, training and other revenue opportunities within healthcare and relevant industries
- Negotiate terms of contract with healthcare, corporate, and conference clients
- Develop and deepen relationships with prospects and current/past clients
- Research and develop new business opportunities
- Maintain internal speaking schedule and potential hold dates, plus up-to-date speaker bureau information
- Exceed monthly revenue goals
- Weekly reporting on business development pipeline and results
You’re The High Achiever We’re Looking For If You Possess These Key Skills:
- Must align with the 12 Key Attributes of Team JD
- Proven ability in sales, contract negotiation, and relationship development
- Success track record of working from home. Highly self-motivated and disciplined.
- You love being on the phone and have finesse connecting and building authentic relationships with others
- Relentless follow-up skills
- Experience in the healthcare industry a major plus
- A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, public relations, advertising, journalism, or communication

- Compensation: Contract Worker – competitive hourly rate, commission & bonus structure commensurate with experience. Unlimited growth potential.
