    I need to fill up all the above buckets. Thank you so much for your help and detailed explanation on how to do this for people like me who were taught to keep our emotions to ourselves. I can’t wait to teach my daughter these tools to help her learn how to fill up her own bucket but also understand the importance of me filling up my own bucket too.
