Goal Setting Tips To Increase Your Chance Of Achieving Them

If I asked you to tell me your weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals, could you? I sure hope so! Goal setting (when done right) is necessary for living an impactful life you love and making sure you spend your precious time and energy on what really matters. ⏳

I’m not a fan of New Year’s resolutions. Most people tend to make the same ones year after year and less than 8% of Americans actually stick to them, according to a study done by the University of Scranton. 👎

However, I AM a fan of using the turning of the year to identify and work out my annual goals. When doing so, I use a handful of tips that have been researched and found to increase the likelihood of goal achievement.
