If the energy behind your New Year’s resolutions and annual goals is falling (as it typically does this time of year), don’t beat yourself up or quit altogether. We all lose motivation from time to time, even the highest achievers among us!

✅ Don’t beat yourself up – it’s common to lose motivation. Discipline is staying the course even when the motivation you had when you set a goal has passed.

✅ Tap into your WHY. Why is this goal so important to you? Dig deep.

✅ Remember WHO benefits from you achieving your goal. Focus on all those who directly and peripherally benefit from your goal.

✅ Only look at the broken-down, baby-step goal right in front of you, NOT the entire long-term dream you wish to accomplish. Focusing too much on the bigger goal will lead to overwhelm and procrastination.

✅ Focus on the journey, not the outcome. It’s not about what you achieve, it’s about who you become during the process.
